When we first made these Cinnamon Rolls there was a concern that we wouldn't have the self control to leave any to share with our guests. They smell so good in the oven and there's something about a freshly baked pastry that sparks an instant desire for a frothy cappuccino! This recipe is soft, sweet and simple to make. A recipe that’s easy to make vegan.
Whether you share with friends, impress your family or just indulge yourself, we hope that you love these vegan cinnamon rolls as much as we do. We decided to make small rolls, bite sized, so we can add more gooey filling to each roll!
Hope you enjoy our video so you can see how easy it is to make the Bite Size Vegan Cinnamon Rolls!
3 tbsp vegan butter
1 packet of instant yeast
1 cup of almond milk
1 tbsp of organic cane sugar
¼ tsp salt
3 cups of flour
3tbsp vegan butter
½ cup cane sugar
½ tbsp cinnamon
¼ cup of chopped nuts
¼ cup of raisins
Heat the milk & butter until melted, sprinkle the yeast on the mixture, allowing it to activate for 10 minutes. Add sugar and salt, then stir in one cup of flour at a time. Knead the dough, place back into the bowl and let is rise in a warm place for around an hour.
Roll out the dough into a large rectangle, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar, raisins & nuts. Starting at one end, tightly roll up the dough and cut the dough into 12 even sections. Place into a lined pan and bake for 25 mins at 175°.
